遛娃是一款为帮助看护儿童和协助寻回丢失儿童而设计的APP。 这个APP需要和相应的智能蓝牙设备遛豆一起使用。（遛豆购买链接：www.liuwa.io）
遛娃APP有以下功能：
随行实时报警提示
• 当监护人在儿童身边时，APP会自动搜索遛豆的广播信号。 当遛豆离开手机APP的搜索范围之后，APP会给出 “走散了”警报提示。在第一时间提醒用户采取必要措施寻回儿童。
随行多对多协同看护
• 当监护人在儿童身边时，支持多个监护人对多个儿童的共同看护。所有协同看护的APP用户自动上传儿童的状态到服务器。只要儿童身边有一个监护人则视为安全状态，这样可以有效避免误报警，同时扩大了看护的覆盖区域。
远程协同看护
• 当监护人不在儿童身边时，APP自动切换到远程看护，即改为从服务器读取儿童状态。一旦儿童身边的监护人未能及时作出反应时，远程监护人会同步收到报警通知，从而实现协同看护儿童的目的。
协助寻回儿童
• 当儿童走丢以后，APP会提供多级协助寻回儿童的办法。包括
1. 在微信朋友圈发送失踪信息： 家长可以第一时间在APP内编辑添加儿童特征，连同平台获取的丢失位置和原有家长信息快速制作求救页面并一键发送至微信朋友圈；
2. APP会同步自动发布儿童丢失信息到遛娃微信公众平台，遛娃的微信公众号关注用户可以协助寻找儿童；
3. 所有微信用户可以通过“摇一摇周边”发现身边的丢失儿童的遛豆设备。微信用户只要打开蓝牙用微信“摇一摇周边”就有机会搜索到失踪儿童的遛豆设备，遛娃云平台则会自动推送信息给儿童监护人；
4. APP会同时提供其它信息协助监护人寻找儿童，包括儿童父母电话号码，报警电话号码例如110和114。
其它：
本APP通过搜索低功耗蓝牙设备的广播信号来确定蓝牙设备的相对位置
为减少GPS/蓝牙运行对手机电池电量的影响，APP允许用户关闭监护和不接受报警通知
在用户没有网络连接的情况下，APP将仅运行于本地模式下，不会向服务器上传和从服务器下载数据
在后台持续使用手机GPS会大幅影响手机电池的续航能力。

Liuwas app has the following functions:
Real-time alert on guardian’s Smartphone
• When the kid is nearby the guardian, app will automatically search for liudou’s broadcasted signals. If liudou’s signal is out of guardian’s smartphone’s coverage area, app will alert the user with a “kid is missing” message. The message will prompt users to take immediate actions.
Multiple guardians
• When the kid is watched by multiple guardians, app users will sync with each other by uploading kid’s status to cloud servers. As long as there is one guardian close to the kid, the kid will be considered as “safe”. This will reduce false alarm and enhance coverage areas.
Remote guardians
• When the guardians are not nearby the kid, app will automatically switch to remote mode and retrieve kid’s status from the cloud servers. In case nearby guardians fail to respond to alert messages, the remote guardians can help take necessary actions.
Help finding missing kids
• When a kid is missing，app will provide several ways to help finding him/her back。Including
1：Share the alert message in “wechat moments” right away. The guardians can edit the missing kid’s information and share with their friends with just one touch;
2：All other wechat users can also help finding the lost kids through wechat’s “Shake” to search for missing kid’s liudou ID and upload the location to the cloud servers;
3：Liuwa will also publish missing kid’s information to liuwa’s “Wechat subscription account” and “Wechat public account”, liuwa’s subscribers can also help finding the lost kids;
4：App will also provide other helpful information to guardians when the kid is missing, such as parents’ phone numbers, emergency call numbers such as 110 and 114.
This app searches for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices’ broadcasted signals to determine the devices’ relative distance.
To reduce the burden of continued use of GPS and Bluetooth in the background on battery life, this app allows the user to turn off guardians feature and alert messages.
When there is no network connection available, this app will automatically work in offline mode and stop uploading and downloading data from the cloud servers.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Requires iOS 8.0 or above. This app has been optimized for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.
